The buyer has up to three (3) calendar days after accepting delivery of shipped item(s) to report to CRC any issues with the shipment. Red Cross will pay the return shipping costs if the items are damaged or the return is a result of our error. Please see return request process.
The buyer may also return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit to your account. Customer will pay for shipping to return items. Please see return request process.
Self-Directed and Online Portions of Blended Learning Courses
Self-directed online courses, and online portions of blended learning courses are non-refundable. Examples of this include self-directed online courses i.e., Psychological First Aid – Self-Care, or the online component of a blended first aid course.
Electronic materials are non-refundable once access to download has been provided by Red Cross. Examples of this include digital manuals or resources for training.
Return Request Process
To request a return of a shipped purchased item, please contact the email or phone number above to request a return authorization.
Items returned without a written return authorization or by a method other than that specified in the written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer, freight collect (where applicable).
Returned products must be in original packaging, unless otherwise set out in the return authorization. All products returned shall be at the buyer’s sole risk and expense (unless otherwise specified in the return authorization).
Refund will be based on the method of payment. Credits will be applied for purchases on account, or refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
