To request a return of purchased item, please email email@example.com or calling 1-877-356-3226 to receive a return authorization. Pending email authorization by Canadian Red Cross, the buyer may return products, using the manner specified in the email approval. Items returned without written approval or by a method other than that specified in the written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer, freight collect. Returned products must be in original packaging.. Products not eligible for return shall be returned to the buyer, freight collect. Products returned shall be at the buyer’s sole risk and expense.
The buyer has up to 3 days after accepting delivery to report any discrepancy in shipment quantity or damaged products.
The buyer may also return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit to your account. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
